Shipping policy

Turnaround Time:

Our standard turnaround time for order processing is 3 - 5 business days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

For bulk orders, our processing time is 2 weeks. 

For custom orders, processing time begins upon approval of designs.  

Post-Departure Instructions:

Once your package has departed our facilities, please refer to the following instructions:

1. Tracking Your Order:

   • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Expectations:

   • Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery times may vary. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the carrier.

3. Address Changes:

   • Address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been shipped. It is important to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages:

5. Damaged Packages:

   • If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition and contact us immediately for assistance.
